This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you apply for the Verum Program or a Chronic Stress Decode Session. "We" means Matthew LaBosco and his team. Questions: matt@matthewlabosco.com.
What we collect
- What you type into the application: your name, email, mobile number and your answers.
- Booking details when you schedule a call.
- Basic usage data: the page you came from, ad campaign tags in the link, and device type.
How we use it
- Matt and Christian read your application to prepare for your call and decide whether the program is a fit.
- We contact you by text, phone and email about your application and your call. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- We measure which ads bring people to this page.
Who else handles it
We never sell your information. We use these service providers to run the application, and they handle data only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel and Upstash (hosting the page and storing applications)
- Calendly (scheduling your call)
- SendBlue (texts) and Resend (email)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for ad measurement. The Meta pixel records page visits and when an application is submitted or a call is booked. We also send Meta an encrypted (hashed) copy of your email and phone number so it can match the visit to the ad you saw. Your application answers are never sent to Meta.
Sensitive information
You may choose to tell us about stress, sleep or health in your answers. We use that only to prepare for your call. The Verum Program is coaching, not medical or mental health care.
How long we keep it
We keep applications while we're in contact with you and for our records afterwards. Email us and we'll delete your application and stop contacting you.
Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP. Stop email: use the unsubscribe link or email us.
- See, correct or delete what we hold: email matt@matthewlabosco.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
